if it was Tim who uploaded the tape, why would he upload evidence of him commiting murder? Even if it can be argued that it was in self defense, it does not seem like a smart move because it will only attract attention to him and make it more difficult to lead a normal life. It makes sense to think it was someone from TTA because it's the only character(s) whose identity has not been wholly revealed, who also tend to follow the guys and have some vested interest in the situation.

I had made a longer comment with replies to a couple of preious posts, but seems like it was not saved properly.

I feel sorry for Tim, he had no control of this and now he's all alone and he's been told the only way for it to end is for him to kill himself. It's a shitty place to be.

I have no idea why everyone thinks this is the last entry. There's been absolutely nothing to point towards that, or that Tim is dead at all and not just passed out from exhaustion.

Tim was never significantly injured during the fight, why would he be dead? Also, everyone thinks it's a huge mystery as to who uploaded the video.... or maybe it's not a mystery at all and the guy who just clearly passed out uploaded it once he woke up.

Whatever happens, as long as some of the bigger mysteries are cleared up, I'll be happy.

Also Alex's comment about TO spreading like a disease, and Tim saying thousands could be "infected", makes a nice lead-in to the movie. The movie doesn't have to have any of the same characters, or even outright hints. It's enough that "welp we're all screwed now". That would explain why Alex was so enraged at Jay for uploading the videos. He made it almost completely impossible to get rid of TO.

Also pretty sure Alex's last words went as follows:

"This isn't over. You see how it spreads? If there's someone left, you have to kill them. And yourself."

It looks like Alex may have indeed overlooked someone.

He may be referinf to the opeator. Also when tim says "LOOKS LIKE YOU FORGOT SOMEONE." i see that As tim mocking alex for not killing him yet

If this really was the last entry I'm a little disappointed regardless of how good the entry was, way too much was left unsaid (although the ending itself wasn't awful). There are bodies the operator took that we don't know what happened to, TTA claimed Jessica was still alive, we never found out what the ark was or why rosswood was shifting around, no way to figure out why tta would help tim sometimes and harm/tease him others.... but yeah. Every single person (besides Jessica according to TTA) is dead, so there's no reason to believe this could possibly continue.

I still think this was it. Alex tells Tim he has to stab himself, he starts laughing because he knows Alex is right, and then stabs himself and keels over as the camera falls down the steps. It falls into the typical horror story of "monster lives everyone involved dies" and we're supposed to just suspend our disbelief as to how it got uploaded (similar to paranormal activity). Brian is undoubtedly totheark/hoody, there's no way we're getting more from that account. Even if Tim wasn't dead when the film cut, there was nobody going to be looking for him in there, so he would have just bled out.

I don't want some cheesy epilogue where Tim says he got away and goes "the operator seems to finally be gone but at what cost" and then in the final frame you can see the operator behind him. That would be dumb. Would be better for the trio to just do a Q&A for unsolved mysteries that they didn't have time to get to.
