I was wondering where can I find the email of the other employees and Helen, I have looking through the thread to find how you all are contacting Christian, Helen and everyone else but I can't find it. What did I miss?

Yeah, I'm struggling to make any progress at the moment. I can't seem to make the memo from the end of the video any clearer so I've had no luck identifying the subdomain Christian mentioned. The prolonged black screen towards the end of the video does make me think there may be something hidden in there but I don't really have any idea how to go about investigating that.

I've fired off a couple of messages to Keith and Christian but other than that I'm pretty stuck. I haven't heard anything back from Hellen -- maybe I'll try sending her another email.

Okay, I've had a reply from Keith with a big old nudge:

"Huh. That memo looks like the one for Trisphere's manage page. It's a control panel with various useful links. Didn't you hear about it when you received your employment package?"

Which gives us manage.trisphere.us

Plenty to be going on with there.

Yep, I've entered my details too, so let's see what happens.

Any ideas on the two text files? I'm not really sure what the '█' represents, unless they're just there to indicate how many letters are in each missing word. That does seem to fit -- I've had a go at guessing the missing words below but can't see how we would be able to guess the final one (the directory).
