Congrats to Wynn, SuperDiamond, and one other individual that I do not recognize (I'm sorry!), and Our Logo for making it onto the I Love Bees DVD!

It was great tromping around town finding phone booths and enhottenating axons with all of you! Such a pity it has to end. Sad

That would be Tarantula. He's a friend of mine Smile We're famous now! I just wish I had labeled the image like some of the others.

fanfest

Hey all. Just a reiteration, I will be going to FanFest on Monday. I will get there as early as I can, probably around 9 or 10 am. I hope I might be the first in line, probably not, but maybe. Anyways, below I am going to leave my cell phone number. If any of you get there and want to find someone to hang with in line, give me a call or text message me. Just say you are from the forums online so I know who you are. Peace out. Hope to see you guys at FanfEsT.

Well, I'm back from SF! I was basically off the grid until this morning so I haven't been able to post anything until now.

Just a few notes for the RC folks:

-Kristen (voice of Melissa/SP/Durga) remembered all the people who she had live calls with and was pretty disappointed that none of you guys could make it. I remember she specifically picked out AngriBuddhist as I was rattling off names because she remembered talking to him as the SP.

-I grabbed some extra lanyards and dvds for people here (although I see now that the dvds are plentiful), including about 8 signed lanyards. So PM me if you want either of those things. Rainier Company only! Anything leftover will go to the swag lottery probably, or maybe I could just drop by the Halo2 party on Friday and hand stuff out...

fanfest

Hopefully everyone now has a copy of H2 in your hands. I know I do. Before that there was FanFest. Man, it was freaking awesome. I was in line at 10 am, three hours before the doors opened, and it was worth every waiting minute. I was about 5th in-line. The first 250 people got free t-shirts with the crazy looking cartoon Master-Chief. I also ran into altris and SIR braveknight at the event. I am actually really really tired right now because I was up all night so I won't get into the details of what happened at FanFest, just know it was awesome.
A quick note, altris, braveknight, and I were thinking about having a seattle clan on xbox-live.

So, detayl, does that mean I can't get a lanyard from you?

I only have a limited supply, so I'm trying to give preference to the long time players first. If I have any left over I will let you know.

Right now I'm trying to get everything organized. The DVDs are delayed, by the way, since I accidentally left them at my brother's house. He's shipping them back to me and I should hopefully have them by Friday.

That'd be the loveable Mister Chief. Wink I didn't get there early enough to get a shirt like that, unfortunately. I remember seeing you at the DVD pick-up, but I didn't see you there. Otherwise I would've said Hi to my fellow beekeepers.

I did win a copy of "The Art of Halo" book in the raffle. I got it signed by whatever Bungie artists and programmers I could find. Very cool, even if it did spoil me a bit. A lot of the Bungie guys were actually somewhat envious - apparently a lot of them hadn't seen it yet - it doesn't officially come out 'til today, and there was only one copy floating around the Bungie offices.

Hey guys, three things for ya if you acctually rip yourself away from halo 2 and are still checking the forum Wink. First, if anyone one is coming on Friday, it is BYOC (bring your own controler) if you don't have one thats fine, but I only have a couple of extra and if you have an xbox you could bring, PM me. Also, if you need to get in touch with me, my phone number is 253-468-8544. Last, I found out we all can only belong to one clan at a time, and I know Wifi had mentioned us getting a clan of us from the forum together. So if this means we all want to join one of our clans (I just started the Elephant Clan today) or to create a Washington clan, perhaps we could post ideas here for that. So hope to see some of ya friday!

What's your gamertag?

By the way, jump in on some other ARGs. Perplex City just started, and there are some good ones you can jump in the middle.
