Some random guy on Tumblr stated that they said this. That's not really a valid-enough source for me. I apologize if I'm coming off like a frustratingly stubborn turkey, but until Troy makes a blog post about 87 being the end, I'm holding on to my feeling that there's going to be one more.

Same here. Trosephim still haven't said anything about it on any of their blogs/twitters. Not good enough proof for me. I'm holding on to hope for one final video. If it really is the end at least we can all stop arguing about it.

I also want to add that unless there's another TTA upload (unlikely), Skully was never explained and all efforts by Trosephim to maintain continuity was for naught.

Doesn't even made sense, if it was a beta Hoody theu could have just as easily made Hoody wear the Skully mask instead and there wouldn't be any continuity errors. What a shameless oversight from otherwise brilliant filmmakers.

They've made more continuity errors than that. It happens.

Skully never existed. They stated in numerous Q&A panels that "skully" was actually just Hoody.

I didn't know they confirmed that. But it makes sense. As warped as Brian became, he was probably looking for the right mask to express himself, lol.

Can you provide us with a link? I've literally never heard that. A lot of people have been speculating about Skully around seasons' end and no one has ever laid the argument to rest with anything from the Word of God.

When did they ever do that? I've watched a couple Q&A's and I've never seen them mention that.

It was either on youtube or in the commentary tracks for their current dvds. We've discussed that shit to death in this forum already. Do a google search for the videos, or search the forum for where we discussed it previously. Get off your asses and do your own research. It's high time some of you kids learned how to do shit for yourself. Too many times has shit been oh so obvious to everyone outside of this forum, and yet you guys need the answer spoonfed to you. Alex picks up a piece of metal and beats Tim over the head with it. "Oh but it looked like a piece of wood, that would never hurt someone." Very next entry it has to be spelled out that it was a metal pipe. Tim reveals that Brian is Hoody by showing a tape where Brian is wearing the exact same hooded sweatshirt as Hoody. "But Brian can't be Hoody. Just because it's the same hooded sweatshirt and because Tim said it was Brian." Next entry, they have Alex show Brian, in that sweatshirt, while he's taunting Tim. Every single time it has to be spelled out for you guys. Pathetic.

They literally never mentioned that in any commentary. I would've remembered it dearly if they did. And all the Q&A panels on YouTube I've watched have never mentioned it either. That's why we are asking you. It has nothing to do with laziness. Calm down.

Edit: I just did a good 10 minutes of research, and I couldn't find one thing that mentioned the creators comments on Skully. All of the results I got were just speculation on who Skully could be. I did research like you said and found nothing, so...

He's trolling, and his argument is also terrible because we're requesting OOg verification, not things that were made clear IG.

I would once again like to voice my support for the idea that Entry 87 is an older tape which Tim is uploading now that it is safe. When I say Tim, though, I mean Masky. Here's my theory:

- either Masky took over after Tim collapsed in Benedict Hall, uploaded Entry 86, and then later this new one, or
- Jessica found out about the videos, went to Benedict Hall to help, and got there after Tim collapsed.

I think I'd have to agree with some of the other people on here that I'm not totally convinced this is last one until it is confirmed by one of the guys. While there is a very very very high chance this is the last entry, I too would like official confirmation. I still kinda like the theory that this is after 81 and before 83, maybe leaving it open for one more? Maybe I just don't want to accept it haha. But official confirmation would be a nice thing at this point.

It has been a pleasure reading all the replies and nothing much I can think to add that has not been discussed.

In any case, I do have 2 gripes.

1) I was a fan of the whole 'water' theme within Marble Hornets, a portion of the community believing there to have been a connection or symbolism with water throughout Marble Hornets. It is kind of a shame to see no connections being made in regards to this. (even the word 'rain' being mentioned within some TTA entries)

2) If all of this is true (which it seems to be) and Alex has been the lawfully evil guy trying to rid the world of TO by killing everyone, why exactly has it been displayed as though Alex was actually being helped by TO? That me makes no sense to me...why would TO actively help someone that is trying to abolish it?

Yeah, the fact that he puts the burden of proof on us is just ridiculous. When you make a claim like that, you have to back it up. You lose your credibility and look like an idiot if you don't.

All of that spoonfeeding talk is so irrelevant, too. The claims about the metal pole and Brian's hoodie have nothing to do with people being too lazy or stupid. It's just suspicions and speculation. There was some minor confusion about the pole because it looked like a stick. They confirmed it was a pole next entry just to clear things up. No biggie. People were denying that Brian was Hoody because they didn't believe that just because he was wearing the same hoodie, didn't mean he was actually Hoody. They thought it was a misdirection, and they're not wrong or stupid for speculating that. Even I was one of those people, mostly because I thought THAC could do better than that for Hoody's reveal.

And I hope your right about him being a troll, because holy shit.
