I haven't seen this posted here, but I found this video on youtube, which contains a qr code to be scanned:

The description of the video contains Chinese characters:

the video also has what seems to be sounds played backwards, I don't have the software available to listen to it myself. At the bottom of the video are more scrolling Chinese characters but i'm unsure if its the same as the ones in the description.

The Qr code when scanned leads to an ascii to hex converter with the following text displayed in the text section:

 		Digging around searching for their site, I found their twitter account:

So yeah, it mentions that Black Watchman thing someone mentioned earlier so it probably deals with that.

Here's the site I found; it's split up into 'missions' and there's a link to sign up for a 'beta'---so this is probably a thing for a videogame.

 		Is it bad that I feel disappointed that their site is all "This is an ARG?" I guess I shouldn't be, but for some reason I am. I'm probably being childish, and it might have something to do with the fact that my previous gaming experience all centered around games that were really really big on the whole TINAG thing. I suppose it's actually good that they're being honest about it, because it means more people will be aware of it, and play, and get into ARGing that way, which is good for everyone. I'm going to keep an eye on this. It's about TSW, right? Oh man, I so wanted to play TSW, but I couldn't afford it.
