So apparently Expy went and 'removed' Joseph Mather from power (aka killed him). People are saying an earthquake rocked the area of Cleveland immediately surrounding the office building. Also, the panther-man's avatar is some weird geometric pattern thing now.

According to Duquesne, all the big scions and little scions have been identified, but he wouldn't tell me who they were. And Exsupero is looking to kill of Augcorp, then move on to kill off all the other world governments and take over

Oh my god, so much is happening, that I don't even think I can sum it up.

Right now, there's three groups: AugCorp, who are going down for sure, Exsupero's group who want to take down AC and put him in charge of everything as essentially a dictator, and a third group who are now banding. There's no real hierarchy to it, it's more of a rebellion, but it's basically people who didn't like the evil of Augcorp but don't want Exsupero's evil to replace it. Who wins will likely be down to the scions.
Exsupero is the Scire scion, with the power to control people with the phrase "I think we can agree that...". He used this power to kill the AugCorp CEO, Joseph Mather. His son, Andrew Em, is now in charge of AugCorp, and has been flown out to safety to keep him from Exsupero. Andrew is also the Mather scion, the one causing the tremors, but hardly anyone knows his true identity, and the fact that Expy doesn't know this is basically the only thing stopping him from winning this war. He's our only hope at stopping the new world order, but right now he's too scared and angry and can't control his powers.
There's two other minor scions, one who has the power to manipulate emotions and one who can predict the future in her dreams. Obviously, the latter is Frances Tennov, and she's definitely on Exsupero's side, along with Goldwasser. The three of them are hidden away somewhere in the desert, in a compound they built in preparation. If we can find out where it is, Duquesne (who used to be on their side to take down Augcorp, but doesn't like the idea of Exsupero running a "new world order") will get his family to free his prisoner. As Carlos the Cat said, he's been kidnapped by them. This is probably because he's France's brother and she wants him safe with them, but it turns out, he is also the fourth scion. That's why we need to rescue him.

I think that's the gist of it? I've not had a whole lot of sleep and this is a lot of very convoluted and confusing story all happening at once. I love it, but it makes it hard to talk about on here. As far as I can tell, if we want to stop Exsupero, we need to find out where Frances, Exsupero and Goldwasser are so Duquesne can rescue Carlos, and to sort out Andrew. Duquesne's exact words were "The important thing for him to do is to calm his emotions, think rationally, find Exsupero, and destroy him absolutely." (As far as he knows though, nobody else knows he's now the head of Augcorp or that he is a scion, so we don't want to spook him).

What a mess we've got ourselves into.

Including everything else that is going on, he wants to get everyone augmented whether they want it or not and he also wants to remove all the animal features of the parahumans. So, basically he's the one that decides what everyone else should be and then there will be "peace".

I figured you might go to Canada��just a guess. Most people go to Canada to slip away so I've heard. I didn't tell anyone, it would have seemed silly.
