I finally get to ask what that skull thing in Entry #26 was!

FINALLY!
Yeah, I think that's going to be the most frequently asked question, despite being one of the less significant questions to be asked.
I see this as a chance for them to make me less disappointed (even though I was one of the people relatively satisfied), because if they can convince me they at least knew most of the important missing answers (most of which relate to Brian's motivations and plans and the 76 tape) then I'm more willing to respect their choice not to include them. Not completely, but I'll at least know it's a (possibly misguided) artistic choice and not just that they had no idea either.
Oh, and we should also ask what the final arc/ending of the series would have looked like had they ended it with S2 as they once planned.

It would be the same. That's exactly what Troy said in the season 3 announcement.

although mind you, in their first interview when they finished season 1 they said they had an ending planned out, no doubt it was different to the one we have now, I'd love to hear about that.
In case I miss this can someone PLEASE ask about The Operator movie and where it's at?

Obviously the ending was generally supposed to be the same, yes. But if they meant to end it in S2, clearly the 5-hour long version of S3 wasn't what they originally intended to follow the 7-Months-Flashback-Tapes; something much shorter and likely somewhat different would have led us to this point. I want to know what that was. Some things must have been added/changed when they made S3 compared to their original plan for the final arc. Also, it wouldn't surprise me if a couple of things changed in their plan since they announced S3.
For instance, I somehow doubt that Tim becoming the protagonist and taking down Alex was part of the original 2-season plan, considering the lack of focus on Tim's non-masked persona in the first two seasons.

Another thing that needs to be asked is what was changed or omitted from their story for Slender: The Arrival. Apparently, the game didn't use most of what they wrote.

Would the question "How drunk were you when you wrote the ending" be out of line?

Probably, but I think "Why are there so many shots of characters' legs and feet as they're attacked or dragged away?" would be in line.
That and "How did the characters manage to drop the camera just so it would frame a scene perfectly, especially when those legs started kicking?" are what I wanna know.

I consider my question to be a compliment. Marble Hornets was so amazing until the last episode that the only explanation I can find is that alcohol was involved.

I think it was "amazing" up to and including Entry #75. I love the series and liked the ending enough, but the last dozen entries are uneven.
That said, unlike some Unfiction posters, I don't think that unevenness tanks the entire series.
As for alcohol... beermosas at Applebee's are probably what did it. We'll have to wait for Trosephim's TED Talk, I guess.

I doubt you'll get much out of them in terms of plot questions. They might confirm certain things within the entries to be of little/no consequence but beyond that, I wouldn't get your hopes up.
The only thing I'd really want to ask them is if THEY have a complete and total interpretation of things. In other words, I kinda want to know if we're meant to piece it together in a particular way and if there was a certain angle they definitely wanted the audience to follow in terms of interpretation.

Well, that's kinda why I want them to answer the plot questions. If they can prove that they at least knew the answers themselves, that would make me happier. Unless that's not what you meant.
Oh, another question- was there ever a plan for what happened in the aftermath of Entry 12?
