Best File Sharing Websites
Looking for an updated list

Things have changed a lot over the past 5 years, so I was wondering what the best FREE file sharing web-sites are for people (PM's) to upload all sorts of files (Word, Excel, Pics, etc.) for other people (Players) to find and download for their own use?

It would be preferred if the file was accessible to multiple numbers of people for download without me having to allow them access each time someone wants to download the file.

The simpler the better.

Thank you in advance for the advice.

As far as I know the only free one left is Google's Drive and Microsofts Sky...whatever they're calling it now.

What about DropBox.com? I've only ever been on the download side, so i don't know how much is involved in setting one up.

Mediafire works good with files. There is a free version you can use. You can put passwords on files too, so players have to figure out the passwords.

ooh - didn't know about mediafire - thanks

if files are large, wetransfer.com is a good site - but doens't last too long - ie opportunity to transfer expires after a while [14 days? maybe even less?] - it is only email acct. to email though.
