Post-Game Donation?

Hi there!

I was curious if people would actually donate some money to the puppet master(s) / producer(s) of an ARG after the game has finished. Many PMs are self funded and invest a great amount of time and effort, to create for us some unforgettable experiences. Would you donate money if you had a great experience?

I also would like to hear the reason(s) for you answer - why would you / why wouldn't you donate money?

sponsoring args

not sure as all depends on nature of arg, purpose, duration etc of it - some are there for promo of something which in itself is the main reason for playing - for grassroots though - yes, I'd most likely sponsor if I could...

The reason why I am asking is if PMs (not sponsored, grassroots) know that people would be willing to sponsor them IF they enjoyed their ARG, perhaps this would lead to an increase of the quality of future ARGs. Consequently, ARGs might become more professionally produced not only by big promo companies and the whole genre would become more mature?
