Here is the 2nd email I got from Pyro on the 24th.

Progress with 'Fire' from the Elemental Puzzle Series

Hello,

Thank you once again for your interest in the Elemental Puzzle Series. This is the third update I'm sending out to keep you informed about the progress or in this case, lack of progress, with getting 'Fire' out to you all.

My master plan was to get all the machined parts together by mid-July, so that I could take a few weeks off work to assemble, engrave and package them ready for shipping and then have a grand launch in early August.

However, several of my suppliers have let me down – I'm still waiting on the custom machined and anodised aluminium parts and the packaging manufacturer decided to change the size of some of the artwork, so things no longer lined up (they're now re-making all of the boxes with the correct sized artwork!).

This delay has meant that I will not be able to do a mammoth assembly session when the parts eventually arrive, as I'm starting a part time Masters Degree on the 1st September, so assembly sessions will be restricted to my fairly scarce 'free time' between studying and doing the day job which pays the mortgage.

Please bear with me, I'm effectively a one man band (I have a few friends who help out now and again) it's quite an undertaking to design and prototype a new mechanical puzzle, let alone source all the parts for production, do the assembly, engraving and chemical treatments, package them up and ship them out. I will get them done, it's just going to take longer than I wanted it to.

'Fire' is going to end up being delivered a few at a time, rather than with the big push I originally wanted. Thankfully I don't have the added pressure from having accepted pre-orders, so there are no paid up customers who are demanding puzzles that don't exist.

I'll let you all know as soon as I have some available, I'm only going to show those that are packaged ready for shipping on the e-commerce website that's being set up for Pyro Puzzles, as I don't want anyone paying and then having to wait for their puzzles to be made. Don't worry if you miss out on the first few, I'll get some more ready to go, as soon as I can.

On the bright side, the laser engraver/cutter is up and running, as is the excellent 'THREEDY' 3D printer from Puzzleshed. The 3D printer has been used to make the various jigs and fittings needed for assembling and engraving 'Fire' (in the future it will be used for prototyping new puzzle designs) so I'm all set on the engraving front – just waiting on the parts and boxes now.

If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch.

Regards

Stephen Miller M.I.Exp.E.

Here is a theory I've had for a few days but I'm still waiting for it to flesh out a little.

Watson is/was trying to use Dr Ripley to info/item to make a super weapon.

Watson loves pics of weapons and drones and IDK warplanes?

He is a weapons guy who is allowed into Area 51.

I aslo was interested in this tweet.

But I can't seem to find anything of importance about the Twin Lights Mysterys http://www.twinlightslighthouse.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=76&Itemid=79

Maybe it has to do with a death ray, look at the bottom Got Milk paragraph and this http://www.twinlightslighthouse.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=102&Itemid=211

He had a post with a pic of the cannon and he says "It's a mystery! Smile" so that's what I focused on. https://twitter.com/NotthatWatson/status/486186495439814656

But IDK, maybe tomorrow I'll do some hunting on the mystery canon of Twin Lights New Jersey.

edit: I forgot to mention that erlier today I noticed Watson is friends with Stephen Miller (Pyro Puzzles) on facebook. Not much there, I sent a friend request anyways though. I really do like mechanical puzzles. I find it odd though that he would friend him in FB if this isn't going anywhere. Surely he wouldn't want to drag him into this unnecessarily.

I am working on a write up about Pyro Puzzles - it seems there is more to Pyro than meets the eyes... I think they are the true blurring of a reality line that makes an experience wild - I think Pyro Puzzles is a real group, but I think they are "manufacturing" pieces for ADI Wink

Here is my starter document on Pyro. Also, for kicks here is my other research, forgive the mess, I am working slowly on organizing it. If anyone is interested, give me a holler via g+ or the acoustic forum PM

Info sent to those that requested it.

If you are asking yourself how it is related look at the date of the last project.
