Found this channel, which seems to be revealing itself as an ARG.

Find key in the "deal video," pick a number, and state three letters of your choice in video format as a response. What you decide effects the story. There has already been one round of the game so far. Here are the responses to the first video:

Seems pretty interesting, and also seems to have themes of horror to it. Very interesting so far, and pretty straightforward how to play it. Definitely worth checking out.

 		Seems like it'd be an easy thing to jump into, buuuut I don't know anything about youtube anymore it's changed so much. How would I go about uploading a video where they can see it?

i cant figure out the key :/

anyone have any idea what the key is for round 2?

i swear its right under my nose....im sure i have all the pieces ...i must not be putting them together correctly :S

Another player and I who know each other have gathered the current information on the second key.

First of all, the hidden letters when the dog growls that are oh so hard to see can be seen if you screenshot, and brighten the picture. This comes out to "TO61YOOXOKIIPN."

However....this isn't the only part of the key, and I believe the next step has to do with playfair cipher, as the word "playfair," is in the description. Enciphered to playfair text, you get "zk wk wz ke pw px pv," but playfair doesn't use numbers, and makes you take out the 6 and 1. Not sure how this is supposed to work, or if this is the only part of the key left. Man, this one is a lot harder than the first key. Anybody got ideas on it?

Hey, I'll hop in and help out, but I don't want to join and create any videos. Just not my cup O' tea!

I'm not 100% sure of these due to the poor quality of the video, but I got:

at 7 seconds: 2I58K37KOHW


Like I said, the quality is poor so, I's and 1's or O's and 0's could be wrong? Also, I would agree that the "Play Fair" cipher is probably the right tool, but the keys total an odd number and a Play Fair cipher uses pairs, and you also need a key?
I'll be lurking to lend any help I can.

EDIT: I've tried breaking this code down 6 ways to Sunday with no luck! I think I've found the meaning behind "mobsheepmelody" in the "result" video, it's an anagram for "somebody help me". I still find it a bit strange to use the word "screams" when describing a dog vocalization, but I haven't found anything useful behind it either! Sad

EDIT2: I am banging my head on the wall right now!
Knifeman, you have the right code for the first part! I ran it through the "Playfair" converter at Rumkin and got

I'm not able to get a clear capture of the second part of the code. When I up the contrast, some of the characters are unreadable, so I'm stuck unless someone comes up with a clearer image.

Sorry for the double post, but I thought it would be better if the other players knew this info had been posted!

So, I've been kicking this puzzle around for AWHILE NOW! I think I may have run across the answer, but there is STILL a problem, which I will get to in a sec.

OK, so here are the two codes I have:
1. TO61YOOXOKIIPN
2. 2I58K37KOHW
If you run those through "Rumkin"s Playfair decoder you get:
1. OI61TINYPICCOM
2. 2H58I37IPGX
So, I've been trying to find ways to break up the 2nd part of the code in order to make it work as a Tinypic extension, but haven't had any luck! Finally today, I started knocking off letters at the end of the extension just to see if I could find something, and here it is:

In order to find this I had to knock off the "IPGX" at the end of the code. REMEMBER that problem I mentioned? Well, here it is! I checked the Youtube accounts of the other players and "Bassnation1000" has already found this image and submitted his video, but he has not gotten a response yet?
So, is the PM waiting for more players or is this image not the right image? Right now, I think there maybe something hidden in the image as a PGX file, but I don't know how to figure that out?! Embarassed

Well, that's where I've gotten! I hope this helped!

EDIT: I renamed this file with a pgx extension, then tried opening it with paint, and all I got was the same image? So, I guess there probably ISN'T anything hidden in the image and either the image is the wrong one or "Bassnation1000" may have guessed the "evil number" with his post and the PM is waiting for a valid post??? I guess everyone else has given up?
