 		They posted rules for regeneration:

    • Heart rate increases by 2 - 3 BPM / (real life) day

  • After time limit exceeded:

  • Performance of Battle Plan:

    • Well Performed:
      • Heart rate increases by 10 BPM
      • Body Temperature drops by 1.0 Celsius
      • Maximum level of heart rate & temperature = Normal zone

    • Satifactorily Performed:
      • Heart rate increases by 6 BPM
      • Temperature drops by 0.5 Celsius
      • Maximum level of heart rate & temperature = Normal zone

    • Poorly Performed
      • Heart rate drops by 5 BPM
      • Temperature increases by 0.5 Celsius

 		I am still plugging away at joining the stars and managed to create some other shapes by rotating but nothing that looked like an actual constellation.

I also received an email confirming an update on the site but the update appears to be empty (although could be my work blocking something)...

I just see the time stamp of "2014-09-23 00:00:01"

We have another four Story questions available to us I believe, please confirm I'm reading that correctly Russell.

Any suggestions, it would seem that the Shadow only visits Gerhard during sleeping probably draining of life at the same time. Perhaps we should suggest that the Shadow seems to have little regard for human life, a curious judge indeed.

ETA: The last post: "2014-09-23 00:00:01" may suggest a clue to the image perhaps a counter or countdown?!?

 		Thats right, four questions to ask. Also with the game mechanics it is best to ask all questions at the same time as interaction with the shadow has a deleterious effect on Gerhards health.

I also thought that perhaps the counter itself was a clue...1 second into a new day....big bang...not sure.

In addition i found it strange that the stars were almost all repeated mini images as per the attached apart from two of them.

 		Just to let you know that I am off on a short holiday returning Wednesday and will have limited if any access to the interwebs. If there are any breakthroughs send them through to the Liebkind address if it looks like we aren't going to solve it then don't forget to use the SQ's before they are lost.

Edit ** Another blank post with a timestamp of 00:00:00. In addition i spoke with Gerhard to determine the use of the SQ's. These it seems can be used akin to hints so we can send a question on the image we are working on. However each time we ask a seperate question rather than all at once we cause his stats to move towards the critical zone. I would suggest we therefore use two questions at once to try and get a new line of thinking on the image and the lines.

Is this referring to the puzzle? I'm still confused as to what we're looking for. A word? A phrase? A question? Coordinates?

Yes we did. It's posted under "Response".

Okay we should use our SQs, some suggestions:

  • Are we looking for a stellar constellation?

  • Why are there always two spots?

Any other ideas?

 		Sorry, I've been busy with college courses lately.

Anyways just to speak up. According to the rules posted on the site:

Unless this is a mistake on the PM's part. It would lend to suggesting that only Russel can ask any SQ's or submit a puzzle solution.


On the point of the puzzle. If by chance we are looking for constellations. I can make a wild guess on them

I believe the upper part of the image (top 9 stars) is the constellation of Leo. It's got the same general shape, the only thing out of place is the "sickle" but since it's a circle it couldn't be moved up much more.

The bottom one is one I'm more uncertain of. I believe if I were to name a constellation I would say the 7 sisters constellation (Pleiades constellation) It's got the same general form, though the tail isn't exactly correct.

Those are just my wild guesses. I feel much more confident on the upper one, just the lower one is more shaky for me on the guess.

We can access the page to submit questions and plans but I never tried to submit anything.
I think we should try to submit our questions.

Okay, did you try to connect this constellation with the lines from the picture?

Well I have no clue on what that would say specifically. It could mean we're looking at Libra, it could be a connection to looking for constellations. Or it could mean that we're looking for a specifc star(s). There's a lot it could be. This reminds me of the last puzzle we had trouble with. Too much noise to really sort through to see the real path.

To a point, I noticed the lines seem to be gradiated to white on some of them. Don't know if it means anything really specifically beyond that. Also it may be easiest to start with the bent one's as they have a space in the middle, so if you can match a dot with the space you should be good.

Beyond that I don't really have good photo software to really dig any further in myself.

 		Ok am back from my break and see we are still stumped on the constellation. Shame we didnt use the questions as i think they are probably lost now.

I have sent the following to Gerhard:

I agree though with Cherry that constellations have so little bearing on the stars that it is really difficult to spot the link. Even with the libra nudge I cannot see if we are looking at libra itself, another star sign constellation or just any old constellation. Crying or Very sad

You can submit SQs as long as the Storyphase has not been solved. Libra is the first match, although this still does not answer the question "Why?" we have to do, what he asks us to do.

Don't forget: SQs are there to explore the background of Storyphase Puzzles and the background of Project Awakening.

However, be aware that from now on, my health will suffer as my heart rate will decrease by 2 BPM / day and my temperature will increase by 0.2 celsius / day.
It would be wise to start asking asap, since after 10 days I will have reached the critical zone...
