do you think maybe the huge delay actually could have to do with the stabbings from a while ago? maybe the figured a release too soon from that would start a huge controversy from idiots claiming they are putting more peoples lives at risk. could be a possibility. And it could also explain why they havn't said shit about it. They wouldn't give that as a reason even though it could be.

Well, that makes enough sense; though it's been a while since the original stabbings, people are still on edge. Mostly at the place it happened, obviously.

I wouldn't think so, but it's completely possible. While a lot of drama about the stabbings and mythos has blown over, there are still idiots out there. And maybe Mosaic don't want to rile up these idiots unless they want another Glenn Beck breathing down their necks. It'd be a shame if the film missed it expended release date because of that.

If one thing's for certain, it's that a Halloween '14 release is out the window. If there's STILL no sign of it by spring and no huge developments by this time next year then the movie is gone.
