I forgot to mention that the subject of the email is "NOW!".

Hey, this caught my attention. I am gonna fire an email off to both those addresses.

From what I can see 163.com is a chinese web portal, so probably a dead end there... if this is an ARG the email addresses seem to be the only way forward.

I hate to spoil your fun, but this is very likely a spam. The spoofed return address should be a red flag warning.

Plenty of similar emails have been received over the years. See
"Could that email or IM be a trailhead, or SPAM?"

Yep, I got a response and it's definitely a spam. I'll be sure to mess with him now and then turn him into the authorities.... Oh well
