Not sure if this is an ARG or something else, I can say with almost 100% certainty that this is NOT the same as the Lyca from 2006. When I clicked on the last dot that said "start digging" and clicked on the two words the site came up with a message that said "This is not the end of the story, the next part will be posted on October 19 2014". Whether this is an ARG or not still remains to be seen.

Starting to lean towards this not being an ARG however the fact that there is braille on the main page and to get to the story you have to click on the last link makes me a bit unsure.
