Talbot's Route

Not sure if there's a need for another topic yet, but I compiled several of the locations he'd been on his trip into a google map.

Link

I'm not sure if the specific locations are important or not. But here's a place to talk about them!

ETA: I've just done a pretty thorough update of the map, adding things that had only been posted on Swarm/Facebook. And his stop at Starbucks this morning. (he drinks too much coffee late in the evening)

If there's anything I've missed, let me know and I'll add it.

When I edited the link, I think it broke? Works for me now.

An interesting thing today. Probably nothing.

Talbot posted this today:
http://instagram.com/p/umHA_UgdOO/
which is a picture of one of the "Route 66" highway signs painted on the pavement. It's in his stream after he gets to Amboy. I looked for that location, but nothing in Amboy is that hilly. So I switched to Terrain view in google maps and found a likely location, zoomed to find the sign, and went to streetview to verify.

In street view, there is an interesting bit of graffiti underneath that Route 66 sign, that isn't in Talbot's photo. So it was placed there sometime before Google drove through and washed away sometime between then and now.

It says,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"J + T"

Could that be
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Jenny + Talbot?

Hmmmmmm.
