Okay, fortune cookies. Are there any Collective members that would pull something like this? Is this a clue there's another crossover coming? If so, with who? The only Slenderverse person I can think of that might do something like leave fortune cookies laying around as some kind of message is HABIT, and even that's iffy. Although it could explain what he's been doing while poor Vinny languished in that room...

Maybe this could be the Observer, but I don't think it is. It doesn't really fit his MO; Observer's calling cards are usually scary to the recipient, and are a lot more obvious about who they're from.

I also don't think it's Firebrand, because this is kind of a dick move, and why would he be a dick to himself?

Mr. Scars sent him two fortunes in the brief case (or was that Firebrand?), and I think the Observer sent him one in the box way back when. I hope we get something before November 11. We have to deal with the Observer still, open Milo's journal up, do whatever is in there, get the Nazi journal, get Mary's safe, do something with Robert, and then the final crossover with the other series.

I'm more concerned about the blatant Zalgo reference.

ETA: The impression I got from this was that it was, in fact, Firebrand that planted the fortune cookies. Why? I don't know, but here's a guess: at some point, Noah received a fortune, either from Firebrand or someone else. It made no sense at the time, but it's become relevant, and Noah needs to check it out.
