I'm guessing the Manipulator is Gabriel's Masky-esque. Does that mean that by "manipulating", the Manipulator is the side of Gabriel that self-mutilates (evident by the blood vomiting)? This is pointing more and more towards Gabriel being a proxy.

Shit. The funny thing is that every time there's some big code to solve here or in TNWP, my internet is always down. I WILL say that this is encoded using that password-encryptor website, but the password could be anything. The only thing I DO know is that it has to be connected to the code in TNWP.
