here's what it sounds like to me, going off of what other people are hearing:

"You have to stop. You have to stop watching. I don't know much uhm but uh the [order?] is [two] [one] [three?]. Okay. And I don't know all [the keywords] but i know of at least [???], [home] and [Vin]. Tell him to stop and for your own sake stop watching."

Hmm. So Jeff was right when he begged us to stop watching all those years ago? Interesting... Also interesting that watching this puts us at risk, as well as them (according to Vinny).

He said something about "the order". Was he talking about a sequence, or did he actually mean the Order, from Dark Harvest00? I think it's the former; he seemed to be reciting names after that. Order of death, maybe?

He said something about "tell them to stop". I bet the blanked-out parts were names of vloggers they've crossed over with. Because remember, thanks to the big clusterfuck of crossovers these guys have done we know that EMH, Tribe Twelve, Dark Harvest00, MLAndersen0, and Whispered Faith all take place in the same universe (and geographic location, in some cases).

Another thought: One of the things that's always struck me about EMH was the way HABIT seems desperate to have an audience for whatever it is he's doing, while someone else was desperate not to. What has Vinny learned to cause such a dramatic shift from being the guy adamant about filming everything to echoing Jeff's sentiments? And why is HABIT so keen on having an audience?

Kind of related: Vinny implored us to stop watching, for our own sakes. It seems reasonable to conclude that means he won't be posting anymore videos. I don't think HABIT's going to like that. Remember that during his stay in HABIT's Murder House, HABIT made Vinny record everything. In fact, that distortion at the end could have been him coming back and trying to stop Vinny from getting his message out; Vinny sure seemed paranoid in that little addendum.

Indeed, I bet that's exactly what happened. Vinny kept looking around like that because he knew Evan had been repossessed, and wouldn't like Vinny's message. He was caught at the end, but instead of just destroying the message, HABIT used it. Messing with the audio and putting that QR code in it. And it worked. We're all digging deeper looking for clues, even though we were just told to forget about all of this. Vinny told us to save ourselves, and HABIT used the very warning message to insure we would do just the opposite. That's...poetic. Also, classic HABIT.

Also, I just noticed Vinny didn't say shit about the last video. So I guess we're supposed to assume it was Evan (sans HABIT) outside the door .

Something that's bugging me: at the end of the video Vin says to "tell him to stop". Who should we be telling to stop? HABIT?

Okay, after Angora chatting we've come up with some general points
1. The second part was from the flash drive Vin found in the room, and Vin set up the whole first part to sneak it in to a "normal video" under HABIT's nose
2. it was a message to himself from an alt iteration
3. He is telling himself to stop "them" (rabbits?) or "him" (himself), and telling himself to stop watching
OR he is telling us to tell current him to stop, and telling us to stop watching
4. the mirror version of CANYOUSEETHEWORDS is a reflection of the dual universes and we may see differences between them in the future?

I thought Vinny meant that he was going to "tell them to stop". I still think he meant the vloggers EMH has crossed over with. He wanted to tell them to stop filming, stop investigating, stop everything.

...Which actually has some precedents, now that I think of it. In the TT vid "Bridge to Nowhere", Jeff specifically told Noah to stop filming (he also told Noah to kill himself, but that's a little beyond my point).

Crap. Okay, stick with me on this one. I don't know what I'm talking about, I just connected dots.

The most likely words he said at the end: Ark, Home, Vin
Home and Come look and sound alike in this situation. Add in the "order" of 213, which would give you
Home Ark Vin
OR
Come Ark Vin

Could it be a part of a sentence, more specifically,
Welcome to the Ark, Vin?

This would be easier to figure out if I knew what the hell he was talking about in the first place.
