The sixth and seventh lines both start with the same "word" that seem to start with the same two "letters" (assuming a substitution cipher of some sort). What word starts with the same two letters?

So I sat down with a pen and paper and wrote down every unique character and got 94 total. The English alphabet is 26 characters and even adding in numerals 0-9, you've only got 36. Spanish is 27 and numerals is 37. So maybe this isn't about letter to letter translation as much as groupings stand for certain letters or words? This is my first time ever trying my hand at code so I may be way off base with my guesses.

Edit: I also noticed in line 4 group 4 there were 3 symbols grouped together and in line 7 group 4 the same three are repeated only with a different preceding symbol.

The only two single letter "words" are also symbols that don't seem to appear anywhere else. In English, the only single-letter words are "I" & "A"...if it were English, you would expect these vowels to appear many times but they don't.

So what other languages use a lot of characters? Chinese? Japanese? Things of that nature? Or is it just a new language?

I feel like I need to defend the community. This is certainly the place to bring a puzzle which is KNOWN to be a puzzle. Plenty of people here have the skills to crack a cipher which is intended to be solved. I'm not convinced that what you have brought to us is meant to be solved by a random stranger. As a stand-alone puzzle, this one is incomplete (missing context, missing clues, missing instructions).

Perhaps it is a real puzzle but meant for speakers of a foreign language. Perhaps it is part of a packet which would have clues pointing to a lexicon or tool. Perhaps it was drawn by some kids just goofing around, or an author inventing a fictional script. Without context, I honestly believe it will remain a mystery.

[and on a side note: it is annoying to see embedded images which stretch the forum beyond a window of 800 pixels or so. Better to either shrink them or use the attachment method, or simply post a link to the external object.]
