I'm going to go in, but since my last seven hours, while roughly intermittent with sleep, were mostly spent playing my brand shiny new Halo 2 LE, I probably won't be much of an asset to the company today.

Well, I wasn't going to take today off from work(at work now actually). However, I got a nasty case of insomnia last night. I went to bed at m normal time and just could not sleep. So, I went to my local EB Games, where I was going to go after work today, and picked up my copy of Halo2, which I then proceeded to play until 3 am. The insomnia was unplanned but it gives me a nice excuse to bugger out of work early today to catch a nap and some Halo2..bah who am I kidding, forget the nap(being my own boss rocks sometimes).
I look forward to playing against/with many of you on Live. Look me up, I should be on most nights for a while.

Any progress on the case against GanMed?

Played Halo 2 until 3AM last night.
I'm at work now.
Well, my body is anyway.

Exact same story here. Except I think my eyes may not have joined the rest of me here at work... they may still be at home with my brain. I keep seeing pairs of SMGs....

I was going to say, the people in the aforementioned thread could argue well, but I saw nothing to indicate that they were lawyers. None of the lawyers I know would have time to do ILB (unless, of course, they'd been hired to check for copyright violations. )

^^ my first ever use of that emoticon... seemed appropriate.
The sound on those babies is outstanding too. A nice, realistic rattle instead of "movie gun" noises.

I found myself frustrated at the upward kickback on those things, though. It's so new to me.
I'll adjust with time, though.
(There I go again, seeing twin guns instead of the computer I'm supposed to be working on. Damn mental image HUD.)

You can reduce that by only firing one at a time... then you have to reload less too.
I prefer the plasma pistol/smg combo personally (with a BR in my pocket for backup)
... time for some more kicking covenant butt

Question:
Is co-op Campaign doable over Live?
If so, tomorrow I'll run the story with whoever wants to.. I got in about thirty minutes of campaign last night and got sleepy. I watched tv for a while then switched to online play. So... don't spoil it for me!

And if I wasn't so broke I would've done the exact same thing.

I took a half-day today...to take my sister back to the airport, AND to stop by EB Games to pick up my husband's copy since his Halo 2uesday plans were shot down by a case of the flu, poor baby.
(No, I personally don't play--the first person viewpoint gives me vertigo, so after 5min of play I'm sick.)
