ok, so I was recently going through google looking for sites that look like they could be part of an ARG, I happened upon johnisdead.com, the only thing it has so far is a image of some powerlines with the word KEY592. I also heard about some other relevant info from a skype group I am in called "the Internet Detectives", they have a tumblr with more info on the game located at internetdetectives.tumblr.com. I suggest reading the ARG timeline to get up-to-date as I will have to do. The first part of the timeline that relates to this new ARG (not the previous one they worked on) is the one at the bottom of their timeline page.

 		I can't make heads or tails of that tumblr, and it seems it may be too far into the game for new players.

 		Actualyl, if you go into the timeline it says "new ARG starting". So the ARG they are talking about that started in February is NOT the same as this one.

*Parent Directory- (Jumpscare warning, sudden playing sound from .webm file) Leads to a website with a single, rather unsettling, webm file in the middle, titled "itwasme.webm: (Seen in page source). Consists of loud, weird screeching noises, with a heavily filtered video of what appears to be a person, perhaps drinking something. Nothing else shown in page source

*FIREKID.webm - shows a short video of a man's face with lots of chopping and edited sound.

*Update.txt - Links to a site that is blank except for one link saying "lunarchildren.com". I have yet to check it out.

(i haven't used these forums much, only for Splinternails, so i apologise for any amateurishness)

 		I am REALLY bad at tumblr... so bad that i dont even use it.

This one looks right up my street so i will keep an eye on it for now and see if it goes anywhere

Maybe kira if you dont mind you could keep me posted via skype on the tumblr stuffs?

 		The site has a message saying "Come and See" flashing on the page but if you highlight all the text on the page there is white text that says "0elHm5;?Y72)IE@4Z?8+Bi\DQ3@O"

I ran it through an ASCII85 converter and took the result and passed it back through a few more times and it became "Fake World"

I have no idea what it means but posting in case anyone else might be able to use the information.

Where did you get the Firekid and Update Links? Both are dead for me.

I put that converted text in the URL and that took me to a blank page. Not an error page though.

 		The original page has changed it is now black with a video in the center titled control and the sound is called noise. Also the page is titled please wait

 		So just stumbled upon this... Does nothing on this site actually exist?

Going the the source of the video and the noise on the home page just gives a 404 (well.. a File Not Found, not really a true 404).
