 		[TRAILHEAD] Necessary Noises
I don't have a great deal of time to look into this at the moment but it looks like a new trailhead to me. I've just received a friend request on Facebook from the following account by the name of Garrett Asolie:

...who talks about needing help to change the world. He links to his tumblr (see below) where there's more information, including a message about his sister (and a link to her site) and the opportunity to ask him questions.

As I say, I can't check this out properly until this evening at the earliest unfortunately but thought others might want to do a little digging in the meantime.

 		So Necessary Noises is accepting tumblr asks, and is drip-feeding information. Not sure whether any of the other accounts are in-game, but at least one of the anons (asking about an antidote) is me.

Edit: Considering Callum Felderi is following Garrett on twitter and "Johnny Exploits" and Callum Felderi are both friends with Garrett on facebook, as well as the comment from Johnny Exploits stating, "Friends of friends who are friends with friends' friends usually have something in common," I think this may be related to the Callum Felderi ARG.

Edit 2: Seems to be confirmation from Garrett on his FB that the two are NOT related.

 		I also got the friend request on FB... been a long time since I've followed anything closely. But if time allows, I think I'll be joining in on this one. Seems interesting... (plus I've missed everyone here at Uf) So.... time to do some research.

awesome package arrived, lots of clues!
So sorry that it has taken so long... I had some trouble with the lighting. There seems to be ALOT to research and do... I have the pics hosted on a blog, in part because I'm not really sure which thread/game to post this in, and also so that I can leave them large in size. I'll post more stuff, as I have time...
Someone please let me know if there is a wiki for this... there seems to be ALOT of information/accounts/sites/people/etc... AND there is a good guy / bad guy thing going on.. in a confusing way!

 		That package looks great! The artifacts look excellent and I love the details with the custom stamps mentioning First King of America, etc.

I take it the package came wrapped in something else with your address, etc. on it, in which case everything on the box could be a potential clue? Is there a tried and tested way to see through marker pen for the scribbled out part?

Exciting stuff!

Another thing... while it will probably make me quite ill to do so, I'm going to somehow cover or cross out the message on the box that says "EXISTENTIAL THREAT." I worry about it going through the mail with that written on it, lol.


I have actually taken the box outside in good bright light to check for something beneath, but it looks like nothing was ever actually even written there.
There was also a gold sticker on the bottom of the box, and you could see there was a smaller square sticker underneath it... but it was only the store sticker for the box.
I have not seen any kind of etching/writing/markings on the crown. I will post close ups of the items/markings sometime today.
I have more close up photos of everything, and also conversations to copy/paste.
I received an email today from Katy in response to a voicemail I left for her. She has also added an interesting post on her blog.

it's kinda like garrett never grew up ne a way. i mean he still thinks he's like a hero who can save the world, but i dun think he still believes he has a n imaginary friend named garrison but who knows maybe he does. i wanna ask him but i'm scared he'll say yes w/would freek me out so bad. i mean ppl need to grow up and leave that stuff behind them.

also its like he wants to be a king or something but it's like... dude if ur gunno live in that kinda soceity ur not gonn likely be king ur gonna be a peasant orsomething. also garrison wuz always dressed in gold for sum reason wich wux really cool i think

also in the stories we played it was like there was all kinds of symbols and we made up codes n stuff like with how we wrote and stuff like that cuz the idea was that we could only communicate w/ our imaginary friends in code. weird huh?

also in the pic i made ther ewas some problems with the colors and i couldn't get the white space quite rigth but i hope that it looks okay! FEFFFF! i totes suck sumtimes

i may take requests for artwork on my tumblr for free just to have sumthing to do but they may take awhile xuz i'm homeskooled n my mam and dad try to keep me busy uring the summer

ps my real name is catherine asolie but i dun like to use it i want to be katy but i had my own imaginary friend and her name was catherine and she was really adult-like.

The only thing was Garrett was kind of a downer about it because he kept saying that the real ancient greeks didn't like women so much, so if I had lived back then I wouldn't of had much power even if I had been a priestess. It kind of made me feel weird and sad to hear that.

When I got a little older I had this notebook where I would write stories about her. the DID NOT take place in ancient greece (becuz of them not liking girls). Instead, they was in a fantasy world that was kind of like greece, and with kings and stuff, but not entirely. In one story I wrote, Garrison is a prince, but he's really lonely and sad, and he has Catherine to keep him company. She was a priestess of hermes in the story, like i said. and then she gets separated from Garrison (he was in the stories, too) by the king and his guards. Garrison and Catherine have to find each other again, and then together they overthrow the king and Garrison becomes the new king, but he's a way better king and nicer and nicer to girls and just people are happier in general.

I was going to write another sequal story where Garrison and Catherine com to the real world to visit w/ me and Garrett, but unfortunately my mom threw out the notebook like four years ago becas she said it was silly and stupid and i need to focus more on my studies and "preparing for my future role in the world." Ever since then I haven't liked writing and that's why I make a lot of mistakes writing. i just don't care anymore - if my mom doesn't want me to be creative w/ words why should i try to put forth a bunch of effort into writing? esp. since I have my artwork which is more fun and, like, speaks to me more?

Catherine looked exactly like me but, well, better - like more adult and more prettier and she was more intelligent and less shy and didn't have braces (i hated braces when I had them). As I'm getting older I think I'm looking mroe and more like I imagined she would look - like I'm becoming prettier and more adult. It makes me feel good about myself and I'm glad I had her as a friend, even though she was imaginary.

I am working on a picture of Catherine right now, actually, but I dun know when it will b done. I love love love drawing and working in photoshop and other artsy programs. I realize I don't write as well as I should sometimes and I'm like too casual but I feel like art is my calling in life, though my mom really wants me to grow up to be just like her and help her with her work, which is why she may send me to a special private summer camp soon. Sad

 		Garrett made a new Tumblr post. I've been sending messages to Garrison over on his blog, and he's responded to one. I just don't know how much information I want to reveal to them. Especially Garrett, seeing as he was worried about the contents of the package. I don't think it would end well if he found out about all of that, but I don't know what the consequences of sharing information with Garrison would be. Thoughts?

 		Sayame, -The only thing I told him about the package.... was that it was better at this point, for him to not know anything about it... I told him I had a special online group of friends who research things like this.. so, he has only been told that at this time- until we find out more, I'm not telling him Wink
