The bit at the end of THD ep 12 is clearer if you just mix the two channels together directly and amplify it: http://norgg.org/files/time-travel.wav

I'm pretty sure it says "Brought to you by time dash travel dot blog" now. Except the .blog TLD isn't available. Yet...

First up, looks like time-travel.club was registered around 11th July 2015.

From the homepage there's a couple , there's a link to http://time-travel.club/typesoftimetravel.htm.htm

Some of the text on the page can be found at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_travel#Time_travel_in_fiction but it's not an exact match. It's possibly based on an older version of that page? Searching for "In Type 3, any event that appears to have caused a paradox has instead created a new time line." from further down the page picks up a bunch of matches too but I think they're all probably based on Wikipedia. Maybe something about the version of the Wikipedia article which matches that page, or the date of it?

This edt: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Time_travel&direction=next&oldid=670649082 was made on the same day time-travel.club was registered and is the only edit by an account created the same day... There's some very specific and suspicious edits in there.

The text prior/after it still doesn't match the page.

Ohh, good spot. Interesting that "parent directory" there points to "http://time-travel.club/arg/ttc/" too, there's also image_002.png which isn't used anywhere else in the site.

In filelist.xml there's this: MainFile HRef="../timetravel.club.htm"

I'd expect that to be at http://time-travel.club/timetravel.club.htm or http://time-travel.club/arg/ttc/timetravel.club.htm but it doesn't seem to be in either place. Tried adding an extra ".htm" on too since the other page is "typesoftimetravel.htm.htm".

edit: xml got swallowed.
