Posted this on the THAC forum but it has kinda gone a little OT so though I'd try at my older haunt.

Ok so I figured something out at least. LWTT is included in the URL http://www.marblehornets.com/lwtt but is also included in the waterisdeep pic

Numbers in water is deep is 1 4 1 2 2 3 2 0 8 6 5 5

So LWTT Is 12 22 20 (12th letter, 23rd and 20th) - 122320 as is above. Maybe 4th(4)/ April(4) /(86) is alex's birthday which leaves 55 left over.

So as it counted the T T's only once and Alex's birthday (4/4) only once in the sequence maybe this is part of the key.

55 is one digit off (One being the only number I failed to match) 44 so maybe some kinda mix between rotation and substitution is the key?

So perhaps the pin is related to what d(o)y(ou)h(ere)f(footsteps)?

I tried the number of spaces between each word of the poem and came up with 3344, but got no reply. But it may have had something to do with the way I worded the email, I'll try again.

That person looks like Tim. I don't know how those timestamps at the top are measured, but he seems to pop out of nowhere (i.e. we-know-where).
