Small breakthrough or grasping at straws?

On splinternails.com, it says that the vampires come in November and October. All this time we've been assuming seasons, but what if those are references to the two pictures on qu13e that start with the numbers 10 and 11?

The one of the bicycle that says "iriguchi" has those weird dots with dashes, which I think could be Japanese morse code:
