That is certainly an enimatic twitter account. I agree that it feels as though the author is inviting or challenging the viewer to discern meaning from it.

Speaking for myself, however, there is simply not enough context to justify putting my personal time and effort into decoding this. When I apply myself to a puzzle I like to have assurance that I'll get some satisfaction in solving it.
Where is the implied promise of more story being unveiled if this is solved?
Can I safely assume that there is enough information here to solve the puzzle?

I won't be trying to solve this at the present time. If more details emerge about the story that is being told here, I may decide to give it another look.
