Welp. I think the code can be solved by using the Caesar cipher, but I havent tried it yet. Perhaps it decodes to a line of French.

It's a skill like any other. Just takes practice and if you don't get it find out how someone else did and you'll have an idea to try next time.

I think that's a bit too dark.

I think she's a werewolf about to come of age. Probably her grandmother was too and she(or someone else) is trying to warn her. Other, werewolves probably waiting to welcome her.

-Obsession with the moon is the big one
-she saw a wolf in her yard early on
-trouble sleeping at night (usually caused by the fact she's running around all night)
-dog went missing
-animals (cat) constantly acting funny
-felt like she was followed home from the wood

That all screams werewolf-to-be to me.

I suppose it's possible her brother is the werewolf she saw. I don't think they've mentioned if he's older or younger. Heck, maybe they're twins.

My OOG opnion, totally werewolves.

Really Obvious those are Anagrams

BATASH = ATBASH = A type of Code

TINSTAR = ? Either Instart or Transit

SIESERU = ?
