I was just coming here to post this myself! I've found the redacted invoice but other than that I haven't got too far with it. I'm currently stumped on the numbers at the foot of each page.

http://crowscrowscrows.com/report/letterfromrome.html
goes to lettersfromlyon.html, which goes to an error message.
The text on that screen is the invoice, encoded on base64, two hexadecimal keys of unknown purpose, and a reference to
http://crowscrowscrows.com/report/admin.html
the hex key on THAT page reads "sounds/boot.mp3"
http://crowscrowscrows.com/report/sounds/boot.mp3 lots of nice static there

lettersfromlyon.html redirects to http://crowscrowscrows.com/report/mayflower-error.html which contains the error message referred above. Among the data is this (emphasis added):
Quote:
ERROR
PLEASE CONTACT AN ADMINISTRATOR
* 00110000e dé finit aussi bien par ses comé dies que par ses é lans sincè res.
* g[$_RUN['admin.html']]
The bold parts are HTML code for é and è . Making that section:
Quote:
définit aussi bien par ses comédies que par ses élans sincères.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
From Albert Camus' "The Myth of Sisyphus".
Un homme se définit aussi bien par ses comédies que par ses élans sincères.
Translation: A man defines himself by his make-believe as well as by his sincere impulses.
Edit: boot.mp3 is SSTV. I don't have access to the proper tools ATM.

Hmm, a boat in a very distinct style.
On a second look, it appears to be -sinking-, you can see the reflection on the "water" underneath.

The two unknown keys (dbf10d1395edcb85d1b7900155aba7bd and 9446ff52e51b43de0dba108ca92c4a54) look like md5 hashes . The "duplicate object" message suggests that as well, as digital object storage systems often refer to files/chunks of data by hashes of their contents.
On loading admin.html, a few lines flicker into view around U0hJUDogMDgvMzE= ("SHIP: 08/31"). Maybe that's a clue - is there a set of 31 ships in which the eighth sunk? Or a sinking that took place on August 31?
edit: There was a ship called the Mayflower that sank in 1912.
edit 2: I think "SHIP: 08/31" probably refers to the date the items were shipped, not an identifier for the ship carrying them. August 31 fits between when Lia Paternoster was contacted (8/30) and when she disappeared (9/2) on the timeline . The invoice mentions "1 elevator grade winch and counterweight", and a "paternoster" is a type of passenger elevator .
edit 3: d'oh, got the login.

Kinda disappointing, honestly. But there's lots of new content on messages.html. Most messages have links, but some are "archived". But they're still accessible if you plug their number into http://crowscrowscrows.com/report/message-###.html

More SSTV:
edit: And another find from the hidden messages:

Overlaying the two images with 50% opacity produces this: https://i.imgur.com/uofXnwY.png
Isolated for readability: https://i.imgur.com/x7lnLUu.png - a filename! Pointing to 74647075756a66.mp3 on the site.
Some ambient music with SSTV audio in the right channel, starting at ~58 seconds in. Isolating this and running it through the decoder produces: https://i.imgur.com/NAYJqAd.png - a screenshot resembling previews of the developers' new game. Among other things, there's a phone keypad, which could be a hint. The hex on the lefthand side decodes to "cecil", which is 23245 on a phone pad...

Hope linking to reddit is allowed. Here's a post summarizing some of the important info in that:

Looks like we've both reached the same point, then. My SSTV images aren't coming out distorted like that, though - which decoder are you using (I'm using MMSSTV), and are you isolating the SSTV audio before trying to decode it?
You can find cleaner versions of the decoded images in my previous posts.

Whats the best way to isolate it? I've just been running the audio and using sound mixer. Also using MMSSTV.
