 		Puzzle to solve
I am a regular viewer and I've recently been shown the attached puzzle.
As a newby to this whole world, could someone point me in the right direction of how to solve this?

Okay, I've got the source. It's from: http://survivalbillboard.com/.
It's something to do with Xbox and a new TombRaider game.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Unscrambled, the backwards text reads "FIND STRENGTH WITHIN".


Apparently this is the entry puzzle for some survival/physical challenge contest to promote a new Tomb Raider game. Open to those in the UK and Ireland only.
