Anyone have any ideas? Like what I should ask or tell him to do?


Tell him to flick switch 1 and then see what happens, and if it starts to flicker ask him how often or in what kind of cycle (e.g blink blink pause blink blink... etc.), also tell him to feel if the vent has any pattern going on like the lights. And ask him what kind of sound the piano makes (which instrument it resembles most).

 		No one has posted in a while, but the logfile page has been updating, so someone is sending directions.

i think the tooting stopped
or its gone real quiet now
i dont know
is that right
the steams coming out in puffs
but it never stops
like one puff then nothing then a puff then nothing
over and over
what number should i do
how long do i have to stay here

it just keeps going on and off

i pressed that key
but now its making a crash noise
it really bugs me
and the light started flashing again
its still yellow but its slower i think
it flashes 5 times then theres a gap
then it starts again
it was darker before but now its the same
also i think the steam changed
its coming from the top middle now
is it sposed to be doing that

Meanwhile it seems that only certain players are being allowed to send directions or participate in this phase. My friend said they tried to enquire about the tank and got a reply back of "AMNA-A UNDERGOING MAINTENANCE

 		Sorry no one has been seeming involved in it so I wasn't updating but I'm the one sending directions. I think I've sent in all the directions so far except maybe one.

 		I don't want to accidentally harm Sid so I haven't tried to send anything in. My friend apparently can't submit anything, so this seems to be a limited step, but some folks are still following even if we can't do anything.

 		I'm just sort of trying to work it out. I'll keep posting what I get back from Sid. Not sure what I'm doing next though, I haven't sent a response to that last one yet

 		So we can assume he is hearing cymbals (cause that seems to be your classic crash sound) but we dont know the interval of the sound so we need to figure it out. Also i think he might be looking at the grid the wrong way condsidering he said the steam is coming from the top middle which doesnt make sense if there are 4 vents in a row, however it does when there are 3, which makes me belive the vent he is describing is either 5 or 8(which means he should set the dial to 284). The lights are strange as well but since we tried to press switch 1 last time the only other reasonable thing would be to press 5. So in summery: Set dial to 284, flick switch 5, describe change and intervals from sound, vent and light at all times.

I also e-mailed the ascension records admin asking about what they do, if they are a cult, and if so what are their beliefs.

I wasn't sure if the admin was joking or what because the reply he sent me makes almost no sense. So does this mean I'm ascended or something? lol. It does sound like some library but what do you think he is really describing?

 		I don't think any of us has ascended. I think the closest we came was increasing our soul levels in the Forecast puzzle. Someone had a theory that there were 12 or 13 levels before ascension (because of things like this image), but I don't remember who.

It's hard to tell what your message means, but any interaction like that is probably a good sign that you're included. We've seen admin respond with short, essentially undecipherable replies to people on twitter.

Nah, Assentionists (defiantly spelt that wrong) would probably bake a giant cake that looks like an isolation tank and put it in your yard, then a girl with a sash that reads "Abby Davies" would jump out of the cake.

But that would only be a clue to a really convoluted puzzle and you wouldn't actually have access to all you need to solve it.

 		Where to start?
Is this over? I found about this ARG thanks to Kanye Quest and since then have read all the posts on this thread (it took me like 3 hours though), I think this is by far the best ARG out there, but you've already done a lot of progress and even the PMs seem a little bit clueless. Where should I start? And should I?
