So Swamp Pop is supposed to be a real drink down south. Someone on Reddit posted that they thought it was part of the ARG, called the number and the person had no idea their beverage was part of anything...so he figured, okay, not in game.

Til he looked at their lifetime shelter supply....which is sold out...

Notice the price. Look closer...

Yep.

The full script is worth the read though, if you don't mind spoiling it for yourself. There are parts in the script that you know they'll change to fit the Cloverfield universe. And it'll all come together rather nicely.

2. I'm saying, we likely won't get anything out of that company or website. They added that stuff to their site today because they realized they could probably make more money off of their real-life product if they made it seem like they were actually connected to the movie.

I think he means people will probably be more inclined to buy other things from the site. Like just me being there and looking around, I almost bought a case just because its in the movie haha.

I actually just ordered a 4 Pack of their Ginger Ale and a T-Shirt from the site and my order went through Jetpack
