It's up for discussion the amount of pieces that involve the puzzle, because it's gonna have to be a lot of orders...
84 orders if it's this puzzle and each person gets 3 pieces.
Do you think only 84 lucky buyers will get pieces or will it just keep going? How many puzzles can we complete! But seriously, I hope there's a hidden message somewhere. The hunt continues!
The hidden message on the puzzle:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Drink more Swamp Pop.
Seriously though, I am hopeful there is a tie in hidden in the pieces.
That's fantastic haha.
But hopefully there is a tie in and maybe this is a way to start bringing the internet together with their pieces for something bigger.

I'm still skeptical that this is an official movie ARG.
It just doesn't make sense to me that the next step in an ARG that has two months until the movie comes out requires people to buy $800 worth of soda (according to the math that the puzzle divided by 3 pieces per order). It seems to me like Swamp Pop is doing this on their end entirely.
I continue to hope I'm wrong.

Nobody's being forced to buy anything anymore than they were with Slusho. People did it because they want to.

Exactly. I'm choosing to participate in hopes this leads to something. If not, hey, I get some soda (which I hope is delicious!) and a fun story to tell. It's all part of the fun.

Well bend me over and call me Sally lol. Looks like we might have just needed to wait as I thought. I'm at work now but I'll hop in on this once I get home. Good hunting guys and gals.

The soda is pretty darn good. I called my local World Market to inquire about puzzle pieces and Swamp Pop- the associate I talked to thought I was a nutcase. I might try again on a different shift.

i'm pleased to see the puzzle pieces appear. that's a promising development. That eiffel tower puzzle looks dead-on to me.

I mean... if the people at the super market don't know about the puzzle pieces then maybe it's really not something "normal" that Swamp Pop does? That's promising that it's part of the ARG.

Ok, I edited my last post on the previous about White Mountain puzzles A BUNCH to add in links and uhhhhhhh... You all may want to look at it, stat.
Things are looking very suspicious there. I may even hazard a guess and say this Swamp Pop trail is is leading us there, next.

White Mountain puzzles has a "lost & found" 1-800 number.
http://www.whitemountainpuzzles.com/lostandfound.asp
"If you feel you've searched thoroughly and still cannot find your missing jigsaw piece, give us a call at 1-800-548-8009"
I can't call because I'm not in the US. But someone should.

If the first tip to get the game going means buying a product, yes someone is "forced" to. A lot of someones in the case.
When was the last time BR (or whichever marketing firm they've had running their games) did that? Making purchases from Slusho! was for fun. It didn't advance the game, it only made it more immersive for us, the players.

tagruato had a number we called and got cool voicemails that led us to stuff. but that was a fake company....im still convinced we need to call the swamp pop phone number on facebook. whether theyre doing theyre own thing or its and official arg they have to be expecting a call to that number and im suprised no one hs done it.
edit: so once we have more of these eiffel tower puzzle pieces are we to assume we have to call lost and found for the final piece that we are now hoping will inevitably be missing?

Yeah, after I saw all of this, the first thing I did was go through the FB, Twitter, and Instagram pages of Swamp Pop to make sure they didn't repost anything regarding people getting puzzle pieces with orders in the past. It looks like this is new.
