And, to be fair, there are more than enough game designers at Valve. They don't need 42 medias help they're likely not involved. I've just been researching this (and args in general over the last year for reasons) and there are a lot of very talented people affiliated with Valve that have kind of... Gone missing. Not just hired developers. Film makers, musicians, other artists. Just disappeared from the Internet around 2012. A level of secrecy for years that implies something BIG.

Even if Cloverield isn't directly related to the half life universe, it's possible Valve is helping BR. Their Portal ARG was INCREDIBLE. And involved some similar antiquated technology.

FYI It's being noted on Reddit that there is a Ham radio in the kitchen in the trailer that we only noticed on the past couple days. This sound file was uploaded 10 days ago. There also seems to be a bunch of other developments happening FAST.

Also interesting to note: the puzzle pieces came in boxes of ORANGE soda.

On top of that potential steam ARG seems to involve (puzzle) pieces of an larger image.

It's possible trolls are somehow combining things to drive Reddit (and ME) INSANE.

But there's also a loooooooot of weird coincedental stuff happening at once right now.

So, I'm gonna post my secret source for this. One of things he has hinted to is that, whatever's happening, some of the bigger Valve Mods are involved.

I've been following that QR code stuff on reddit -- hard to keep track of stuff there. For what it's worth, yes I am very suspicious of the G5MC lead.


But, if I understand it the first new set of alphanumerics from G5MC led to this:
