Strange indeed. They have pretty late the movie start, perhaps (who knows?) they will get their own ARG?

I highly doubt it. Cloverfield came out months later in Japan than the US too, but there was no separate ARG. Japan almost always gets movies after a delay of 3-6 months (if at all).
