 		Wow!! Wow, wow, wow!!! I'm gone for half a day, and just what I was hoping would happen happened! I'm so ecstatic!!! (And sure that I won't get any more replies. Too bad. I might write her again just to see if anything happens.)

What drama!

My take on it is that Howard was so into his crazy conspiracy theories and paranoia that he made life miserable for Denise and Megan. Denise might have even snapped and hurt him, or said bad things, or tried to hide things from him, and of course in his paranoid mind, she's the one who broke the family apart, which is why she references "crimes you think I've committed."

Howad's craziness drove Denise's relatives away and out of her life, Megan eventually became terrified of her (probably abusive) dad, and eventually Denise left him, bringing Megan and getting a long-term restraining order.

So, I've switched sides, and I now think that Megan is alive. I'm still not sure how old she is, though. 15 at the minimum, and late teens/early 20s at the oldest, I think. Maybe around the same age as Michelle.

The ex-girlfriend approach might be a good way to analyze this Very Happy, but yeah, that sounds logical to me. The way I see it, this is the typical argument between divorced people, often minding themselves and only bringing the children into the mix for leverage. Hence why she hasn't brought up Megan that often.

I keep hoping for a reply from Howard and trying to anticipate how he is going to respond. Will he spew vitriol or will he be chastened by Denise's sudden lambasting. It would be nice if turns out to be the latter because right now I am having a really hard time liking him and softening some of his edges would help with that.

^^^ This! I also very very hope for a final word by Howard, being kinda semantical bridge to the movie. This would be appropriate and cool ending of the ARG. Well, we have still 8th March Smile

Thanks, guys! I love living in an era when we are making such progress toward equality. A long way to go, but we have also come so far just in my 35 years. Very Happy

I'm hoping for something sliiiiiightly more humble from Howard, too, but afraid that we're going to get something big and terrible revealed instead. Like what finally drove Denise out.

 		I realize that everything has become all-movie all the time around here and elsewhere, but are we ever going to have closure on the ARG? Howard/Denise/Megan have all been left hanging (not to mention Swamp Pop and the Soviets).
