It's like Superman has done super hypnosis on most people. Superman has no weaknesses? Really?! Has no one remembered kryptonite can kill Superman? In Man of Steel just the atmosphere of krypton was enough to make Superman fall over and spit up blood. An actual fragment of kryptonite would take him out easily.

And most people cannot fathom Batman fighting Superman yet don't bat an eye (pun) at the fact that Lex Luthor is constantly kicking Superman's butt.

Lex Luthor and Batman are both Billionaires with no super powers except Batman is a much better fighter and tactician. In that context it makes perfect sense!
