There's actually only 11 boxes - I thought maybe the 13 could have to do with chapters, languages, a year, etc.

Magister did confirm "11" on twitter 'tho I'd asked him about that discrepancy in my 1st 'book suggestion' email. Those IG emails are fun & advantageous to post.

Card Catalog Book 1 I'm at a loss - If I'm understanding correctly we need a book title that is 11 letters that matches the "puzzled theme"? Does that include spaces?
I have no idea what the 13 and translation mean.
I took two stabs:
Origin of Man - just a stab in the dark book title really
My second guess is The Thunder which is Surah Ar-Ra'd translated. It's book/ chapter 13 in the Quran.
It's probably not an answer and I'm likely on some government watch list somewhere now.
I also searched for both as sub-pages on PP with no luck.

trying to get to the library and lost
A little bit lost here. Still trying to get connection here. When I last tuned in I was hung up with the emperor. I did find the signs for Jupiter, Mars and Mercury and their associated Antiquity metals. How did that take us to the Library again. I feel like so confused and lost right now. Need a review as to where in the story we are "supposed " to be.

Hi Cherry. The letter count was the thing I was also trying to pin down with my book suggestion email & am still not 100% certain about spaces or other punctuation (e.g. a comma) in the title. <3 your choice of "The Thunder" & hope you get a helpful reply from Magister. This may be a long haul where we must help each other.

Card Catalog Book 1 I received a tweet back but it was the same as some of you were already told:
Quote:
Your line of thinking is correct, but as I've said to the others, don't try to build a pyramid from the top down.
No response to my The Thunder tweet. I guess we are looking for some sort of fountation book.
PP also recently Tweeted:
Quote:
A tough project. Three clues: 13, translation, puzzled theme. The theme of the book is... (3 puzzle pieces lead to the answer).
I have also just flat out asked if spaces and punctuation count as a box . . .
ETA: Here's the answer about spaces and punctuation from the Magister:
Quote:
Each space represents one letter. Spaces between words may exist but are not included.

New Carina post - sticky note on the card:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Letter numbers - AIR, WATER and I assume 3 is EARTH for the empress card
As for Pergamum - I sent in an answer (Books of Adam) and got this response: "Instead of tossing the rocks into the pond, look at them one at a time under the microscope." I guess we need to take each of the clues piece by piece.

The picture on Carina's post doesn't show up for me so could someone please post it here.
Finally got a reply from Winter to the water symbol I sent, but it's the same that amandel got. Has anyone got a different response?

Hi Elethamei. Tried 3 different browsers & the elusive picture still eludes (sounds like a Sherlock Holmes tale ) Good job Cherry on getting the exact letter count.
EDIT :Carina re-uploaded Ian's card *happy dance*. Admitting up front my fascination with the Sparks Club List: believe possibly intrinsic to the Empress card (Earth) info mentioned above, Ian, by using a question mark is pointing to the 3rd name on it, Whitney Markham. Melody Reed's UCOD is unknown to us atm. Still, M. refers to Becky Gorman (aka Rebecca Blue), the 2nd murder victim, as The High Priestess & her UCOD is connected to Water.

I got a reply for Air:
Quote:
Air is one of the four ancient elements which play a role in the process of alchemy, a process which consists of four stages: the blackening, the whitening, the yellowing, and the reddening.
The first stage, the blackening, involves complete and utter destruction, reducing a substance to ashes.
Sometimes metaphors are more real than the objects they define.
All of my love always,

I like your way of thinking. #3 could also be 'fire', because fire represents wands.
I've sent my book suggestion via email, but no reply yet. I might just be forcing the clues to fit, but my guess was Out of Africa by Karen Blixen.

Ahaha Elethamei...am wanting desperately TEH book to be 'Out of Africa' (such pathos). My stubborn brain isn't convinced but apophenia here we come!

Winter is creating a road map for those who are lost.

Edit to add - I sent my symbol to Winter. I'm not sure if we needed to send a specific symbol so I sent an Awen since that will be my next tattoo.

Thank you. I can think again. No more orange/pink/red welts emotes from looking at puzzles and going where are we going today without even a thought that too many pieces are spinning simultaneously.
