The Two Amigos

[The Totem]

So, seems like the story's like this;
Joseph Feely and David Theadore are two friends (amigos) just making stupid videos, but things go horrible wrong when they attract the attention of the Tall Man and a shadowy figure preferring to be called Gniomhare. David goes missing for a few months and Joseph manages to save him by the "There and Back" video. David is severely unhinged by then and Joseph decides to go on a break. During this last stretch of Arc 2, a being known as Arcanus makes their presence known and hijacks Joseph's Twitter multiple times. Right now, it seems as though Joseph has reverted to some alternate personality called Chrono and David is still bordering on depression/insanity.

That's interesting. I distinctly remember being yelled at and ridiculed by everyone on this sub-forum for posting on the trailhead of the ARG the series I executive-produced crossed over with.
