Code:
<!--<p>when the shifting sands align the tumbler = dd:mm:yy = hh:mm:ss</p>-->

i tried every combination to change my computer clock that the tumbler look like 000000,111111,222222,333333,444444,555555,666666,777777,888888,999999, but had no luck.
I have thought that at the right time the message "Right time, wrong place. Half marks... try harder, solve the anagram, and get that A..." would light up but it doesn't.

I wrote to A. Daniels (the webmaster of this site) on google+for help but got no answer....

j_timedate.js

Looking at the code in the javascript:

There is a condition that returns the function IsTumblerAligned as true if all digits are equal to the "seconds" tumbler, which is the leftmost one.
Long story short, there is a page where we could find a HTML ID that reads "anagram".
Once the tumblers are stopped and are all equal, that web page content (where ID "anagram" is found) should be modified to:
"Right time, wrong place. Half marks,... try harder, solve the anagram, and get that A..."

We need to find that page. Look in the source code for "anagram".
However, finding that page will only confirm that we are handling the tumblers in the right way, since the hint reveals that we will be looking at the wrong place.
Finding that page could give us some hints on where to look for the real thing.

As usual, it is past midnight here, and I'm resurrecting this old thread. So, here is the two things for you ARG lovers.

1) Since nobody mentioned it yet: http://ifthengoto.com/ have a repeating timer that changes number on each refresh (it seem to go from 01 all the way to 06, and then repeats). May have significance. Possible that other websites in the chain have similar timers hidden somewhere.

2) Look at this website: http://seekthemessage.com

This is where we supposed to be when time is right - this is the place whitehat hinted at in his message. This website is mostly nonfuctional, but, if you look into the code, you will see that it refreshes images based on time. I suspect that special image will appear if you visit it at the right time, but I know that I'm too burned out on this stuff, so could somebody else check it out, maybe? I need sleep - this website chain just gives me creeps for some reason.
