I'm still here. Just sort of dropped off for a while due to the slow pace of things.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I dug through the files for the Calypso game. This is no end game. I looked through every existing event in the dumped game data in RPG maker. Nothing makes the game "end". I was never able to get access to the elevator naturally. But I added an item to the game that allowed me to teleport to any map and I can't find anything to do with the glue or the valve you get in the basement from the elevator.

I don't have experience with this sort of thing, and I know almost nothing about Aztec barcodes, so I just played around manually trying to input part of the map as individual pixel cells, but i didn't have much luck. The tiles of the middle roof are 9 by 9 cells, which is apparently a standard Aztec "core" size, making the image 27x27 cells in total. I also tried condensing it into a 23x23, but that didn't seem quite right either. I can upload that as well if it would be of any help.

Any ideas on what to do from here?

Where in that image are you seeing the lines to form the bullseye identifying it as Aztec code? Past instances of 2D codes in games were rather straightforward to pull out in comparison.

I tried recreating the level myself with pixels and got 25 (8+9+8) x 24 (8+9+7). The bottom row is either cut off in the given screenshots or something else is going on.

I tried running your image as well as mine through some online 2D code readers and none recognize any of the images as a code of any kind.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if I understand what you're asking. I'm ignorant to this... I don't know anything about these kinds of codes, other than what I found from skimming Wikipedia for about 5 minutes. I first got the idea that the map contained Aztec barcodes from the top of a single column on the far left of the island that has that bullseye look, and so I thought that might be a clue. When I counted the tiles on the roof in the middle of the composite image, it was 9 by 9, which is apparently a common "Aztec core" size, so i just drew in the bullseye lines myself. I used the wooden looking planks for the bottom row that appear to bleed into another section of the map (not sure if I was supposed to).

I see you posted two images... The one on the right gives the positions of the posts/rods. I was wondering what the meaning of those could be. Are you saying that those represent an additional layer of data? Like I said, I don't understand how these work. My impression from skimming Wikipedia was that these kind of codes have to be perfectly square, so that's why I used the wooden plank things at the bottom, because although they look different, it made my end result square.

If you're having to pull lines from other tile sets on the map and input your own lines, I'm less convinced this is a 2D code. I did do the second image just marking out the lamp locations to see if there was any clear pattern or link it to a 2D code, but as I said, none of my images were identifiable by 2D readers.

Here is the column on the far west side of the map that reminded me of an Aztec core and got me set on the idea. I guess it could be a coincidence though. I will try to manually create another barcode from just that region of the map. All the buildings that make up the centers of each unique slice of the map appear to be 9x9, and they have those lamps in the center of each roof and in the four corners, which are vaguely suggestive of bullseyes.

When you look at the water as it flows by, it looks as though it shows a simplified version of what the map would look like from a bird's eye view, with a square ring of 8 unique areas, each with a central building, that circle around the main temple.

It looks like Tenet 309 has now pushed what was usually posted textually to the audio stream.

There is a ton of stuff on the playlist to parse out and I haven't yet found a good way to record off the stream. I'm hoping those who were doing it previously can set it up for the new URL.

That partial bullseye you see is part of that template for a singular wall/column. When tiled you can see it is a multi-lined pattern on top. Also an Aztec code is 2 rings and a dot in the center. That there is 2 rings or 1 ring and a dot center (depending on if you're reading the gray or the black for coding).

In the Calypso game, I've only encountered a couple situations where I could find an object that allowed another object to be used on it. I never got

into the basement. There is a button for it in the elevator, but it forces me to go through a long extended sequence where I'm attacked by bugs, as it cycles through "floors", and in the end I never get off the main floor of the elevator. You are prompted with options to keep eyes closed or open them, at various floors, and the only way I could think one might get in the basement is through some combination of opening and closing your eyes. lol The first time in the elevator, you get stuck, and you have to use a crowbar, which suddenly appears, to break out. The only other times i recall being allowed to use an item on another thing is at the answering machine using the lobster and on the grate using the crowbar at the top of the elevator, which works as a shortcut. I tried changing into the "work clothes" to see if it would let me "fix" stuff, but that didn't seem to help.

I'm now recording the stream as well. Will report on anything of note. Does anyone have any particular thing they want to put to vote? I'm unsure of what to ask of next. I want to try and get my AML higher to be able to provide more tenets as I attain higher levels. I'm in this for everyone!

This is my best attempt at transcribing the "Regarding Tenet 305" YouTube audio. I used ellipses to designate the parts I couldn't make a good guess. And I added question marks in parentheses to attempted guesses in the parts where I lacked confidence. Any help is appreciated. I wouldn't mind doing more transcription on anything else you guys can suggest, if there is any interest. I'm pretty late joining into this, so I'm not exactly sure what needs doing, and I'd hate to retread over stuff others have done.

Beginning of transcription:
It was on this day that A1QPLR came down to us, and (he said?) (that?) an empty (cue?) ... in an LCD screen, but the box isn't heavy so he looked to the air conditioner. It was brisk; a perfectly unnatural feeling for the Australian summer. And he released the plastic onto the desk, and no one was sitting in his seat. Freedom! He reached a hand into his (jangling?) pocket. And the key clicked into the cabinet. And it was the right one. First try. And with a twist, and then that metallic ticking, like an old typewriter, still ... after so many years. But then the (green? greed?) (pubescent?) ... jolted into his hairy paw. "Those are mine," he said. "Rip 'em off the stem like ... fingers. I was first to the top. The grapes are mine. He had to have them all. He took them from MY rock. Grapes. Mine. Now he sits there feasting. (Abide?) ... time. They'll be mine. (Grasp?) a big (storm?) (and crack?) (Peel?) them from his clutches. My grapes! Mine. ... my rock (and pop?)... out of nowhere (life is?) sometimes for nothing.

ok, I have been checking back here from time to time. Interesting to see that a new listening post is up and running (old one was AMNA-A this is AMNA-D).

Just got the website up and caught part of Admin 1 playing, I hope someone recorded it as I swear they were reading out a web address.
If we need more recording coverage let me know and I can put my old setup back into play.

Looks like its getting interesting again. Smile

EDIT: Just caught Admin 0 on the listening post. Bunch of things I didn't understand but 2 web addresses read out.
