I have no idea what to think of this.
(Note: All of the text on this channel is japanese.)

This channel posts about 8, 1-10 second clips daily and has over 8000 videos that mainly consist of flashing grey colors. The oldest videos consist of random humming and the person doing random tasks such as opening a book, making the letter "A" with pencil lead and poking a dictionary. We (on the arg subreddit) have found a blog that belongs to this channel. http://blogs.yahoo.co.jp/tikoku_plus_soutai_of_mukiryoku
Most of it is just nonsense but there are pictures that are somewhat like the grey videos. I have watched around 300 of these videos and i am still as confused as i was at the start. You would think that this person is doing to get some money but it isn't monetized at all. Feedback would be appreciated.

This sounds similar to "webdriver torso" -- google will explain.

Yeah i get what your saying but this isn't just random shapes, it's footage that someone has be splitting into 1 second clips.

 		Hi, I'm tsukum from the original reddit thread (which is here, just in case anyone's going through it, since there's valuable info on it): https://www.reddit.com/r/ARG/comments/4v473h/possible_arg/

Someone named Miliku on reddit began editing together a bunch of the clips by splicing all the clips for a given day in order together, and the results make me pretty sure this is a puzzle we're meant to solve:

Miliku is currently still working on doing this for all of the vids on the channel, and says they will contact us and post again when they do. Huge props to them.

For now at least, I translated more of the posts from the yahoo blog mentioned above. Here is a link to all of the the things I've translated so far together, in chronlogical order. The results make me pretty convinced that this is some kind of story or ARG. I added translator's notes explaining about the cults he's referencing.
