Here's the Key Aspect payload that I got. At first glance it seems like it's the same format as the signal that was intercepted a while ago. There are only two images though, so obviously we can't use the same method to decipher it again.

edit: so apparently there are at least two different key aspect sigint files

I also go through it frame by frame. Every single pcture is 2 frames long, so sometimes the same number comes twice. This it will be:

 		If we remove the question marks just for a sec, the closest it comes to to a square is 14 x 15. Perhaps that's the arrangement we should use?

 		Thanks for getting this all together! I'm at work so sifting through frame by frame youtube video would have gotten me some crazy looks. This allows me to work on it much more easily Razz
