SpecOrgCorp Fun Fact: Maybe this has already been seen by other people, but after reading a comment on r/UnfavorableSemicircle (like others, that's how I ended up here) saying that the SpecOrgCorp ARG is blatantly advertising themselves via linking up with other ARGs, I googled "Spectacular Organic Corporation" and found that earlier on in the month they were visiting actual health and wellness sites/vlog things and leaving comments advertising their GM Juice. I thought that was kind of amusing. ^^

So I've been trying to figure out the significance of October 24th, 1926 and I found something. I don't think 10/24/26 refers to date, I think it refers to a biblical passage.

Woa, nice find. I'd not have thought of that, for two reasons: wouldn't have thought of looking up biblical passages and especially not in that date format.

Speaking of which, isn't Spectacular Organic supposed to be based in Canada? The lottery prize is a trip to Toronto. As far as I can tell, they don't use the US date format there ( https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-standard-date-format-for-Canada ). So would they really use that format in a clue?

And beside that, it seems to be a message to Doug. Would that mean they planted/crafted the cult picture specifically for him to find? That changes it from information we shouldn't have seen to an actual message.

Just my thoughts, could very well be you're on the right track anyway and made a great discovery Smile

I mean, what are the odds he would've come across something like that by chance? You would think they would be very careful about protecting information like that, unless Doug had some earlier suspicions and was stinking his nose in places he maybe should't have been sticking it Embarassed

Has the quickly vanishing tag 'Mankind Has Stopped Evolving, BigThimk' in the bottom right at 0:03 seconds in. Spelling mistake? Searched Google, but nothing on BigThimk, wondering if it should be ...Think?

At 0:16 there's some clouding of the image but nothing visible.

Not sure whether this is important, but at 1:17, the Spectacular Organic logo seems to spell out the word 'CULAR O' due to shading before it all shades in. Probably nothing important, but Cularo is a city in Eastern France that was renamed to Grenoble. Grenoble is a major scientific centre in the fields of physics, computer science and applied mathematics. The European Molecular Biology Laboratory has a base there and they are at the forefront of innovation in life sciences research.

Might be reaching a bit Smile

The worrying thing is the line in the odd computerised female voice 'We might not be genetically engineering you with our products.'

Emphasis on the 'might'!

Also at 1:03, ghosted in the background, there appears to be old faithful or some other type of geyser with a crowd of folks watching...not unlike the people shown in the crop.

No idea what to make of it though..

Wouldn't say there's any particular meaning behind the geyser, just a visual to match the narration ("...cleansing the world of what doesn't matter...")

The Grenoble detail is quite interesting considering they are definitely relevant in the biological field with consideration for the EMBL.

Watched it/listened to it carefully several times and could only find one instance of code, at the bottom of the screen immediately before it cuts to black around the 0:41 mark. It's morse. Screenshot below:

Not sure where we go from here. Looked for important incidents on that date, Nothing jumped out except:

Just a guess, but since August the 3rd is tomorrow, it could be the second batch of "maintenance videos" that will be released, as vaguely announced previously? It'll be interesting to see what timezone the 12AM refers to, if this is the case.
