So, yesterday I was browsing on /r/gifs and I found this comment. I PMed it and it send me his/hers email. This is what was in it.

It's a ceaser shift for NAME NOT FOUND.

Also the oddly capitalized words spell out 'HELP'.

This seems like a pretty depressing concept for an arg. Maybe the text is just a cover.
