Numbers station?

Long time lurker, but finally made an account.

While I was looking at some channels related to the Spectacular Organic ARG going on, found this:

Channel name: Underline

Latest video about number broadcast: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hsev4O7a4o8

Most videos involve someone call Thomas, also it looks like a number broadcast with music on the background. The numbers are narrated by a girl. Doesn't sound like a bot or something. Some people had caught up to it but it's really under the radar, anyone interested?

There was a comment in one of its videos of this channel, but it could be a red herring i dunno

I think underline and The Outsider 110 tie together. Based on my analysis, I believe the two channels are communicating with each other.
