Not yet, no. I posted a single comment there to see if whoever was running the site might respond back, but I haven't seen any response yet. In fairness, when I looked there didn't seem to be much THERE, but then again I only looked around for a few minutes. Hardly a meticulous inspection.

Our friend LifeHacks/Esther, however, is strange. Taken entirely at face value, this is someone who (seemingly) was abducted and brought to a sandy island somewhere in the ocean near Australia, and then left seemingly alone with a laptop and an internet connection and a dwindling supply of food and water. Granted I'm reading through the lines here and making some assumptions, but based on our interactions with them, it SEEMS accurate.

So why make lifehacks? Why not call out for help directly? Why just browse the internet and find websites people make about you? It's kinda weird behavior in what seems to be an emergency situation. Especially since it seems to be wasting battery on a device they could be using to do more important things with. I can think of two possible reasons for the whole deal, either or both of which could be true:

1) Esther/Lifehacker is under surveilliance and scared about saying or doing something that could put them in danger, and is being as sneaky as they can think of being to get attention and ideally help. The Lifehack thing is a surreptituous way of getting their message out while seemingly presenting an innoculous and harmless behavior.

2) The Lifehack thing in general is a COPING mechanism. Something they're comfortable doing that helps them relieve stress from a tense situation.

Either or both of these could be true. Or there could be a third reason I'm not even aware of right now. I dunno where I'm going with this. Sleepy and having trouble thinking clearly. Just bothers me that the behavior doesn't seem to add up. But until we get more clues about what to do next, there's not much we CAN do.

So, with Esther, were currently hoping he gets power.

2074 however, is simply being more active currently.

I don't see a correlation between the two right now, and its bugging me.
They seem to suggest on is there, but I can't find it. Nothing either has said points to the other. 2074 claims to not know anything about any references to Esther.

We simply need more information.

I checked the source code of weirdinternetusers, and I don't see anything odd at surface level.

Also, 2074 seems to be approaching a planet, but that's about all we know.

@I_LoveValve APPROACHING PLANET #183093

An attempt to search Planet 183093 shows us a book. "The Life and Work of Joseph Firbank". Under the table of illustrations, the only result for Planet 183093 is an illustration on page 104.

I don't know if this page is correlated to anything, but it seems like quite the coincidence that "Planet 183093" would bring up a result in this book.

G0biassi

Earlier someone posted the message which had unusual capitalization, perhaps ciphered as G0biassi. Found these potential anagrams, among others:

Big Oasis
I a big SOS
Go as ibis (ibis is a type of bird)
A big sis 0

Also, apologies if I'm late to the game on this, but just learned that "Sandy Island" is an "actual" place at those coordinates. It was assumed to be a real island for hundreds of years until it was "proven" to not exist in 2012. See Wikipedia and other articles.

You aren't late, and thanks for the info. Esther (Tutorialhack's real name) said he was put on Sandy Island, which is odd because it doesn't exist. We can't notify him however, his laptop battery has ran out. I hope he can come back soon.

You know, I think he ALSO mentioned he thought he was underwater or something. What if "Sandy Island" in the context of the game actually is someplace submersible? Like a manmade island that floats and sinks depending on certain circumstances?

It might make sense of why he is able to get signal where he is...

This is what I'm thinking as well. Or, as in LOST, an island that can only be found by certain people at certain times.

Instead of imbedding LARGE screen caps (that stretch the forum wide), you can "ATTACH" them. Or make smaller file size.

Thank you.

Has anyone gotten anything back after commenting on weirdinternetusers blog yet? Also has anyone delved deeper into the blog itself, I thought about looking into the HTML code but I don't know much about HTML.

I've looked through weirdinternetusers. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary in the source code, though I just did a quick skim, i'm not sure if there's anything deeper yet. I may look. I don't have a wordpress account, so I don't think I can interact with weirdinternetusers for now.
