What is "the black dog" poem? i can't find it.

The poem is from the Bargin video. If you turn on captions, you'll see there was a message hidden in the poem. It led to a name and phone number. Below is the poem written as it was spoken.

 		Solved part 3 of the code
I was correct that it was a Vigenere cipher:
