i was having a look at these videos and managed to get the website from the video "voices in your head" HTTP://IMGUR.COM/EEMVW8B but i get an error when i try going to that site, so i dunno if i did it right.

Um... Syke, I believe I might have some very relevant information to add to what you've already brought up. I am unsure if this is connected, but it seems too great a coincidence to ignore.

Specifically, what i'm referring to is that, in the information you've presented, you mentioned the phrase "Tutorial Hacker", as well as names "Bon" and "Eshther", right?

Well, a little while ago, I posted another thread here related to an odd twitter account I found, @tutorialhacks , which, long story short, was being run by someone named "Esther". Which sounds very very similar to what you decrypted, right?

That being said, while it seems like an obvious connection, the information you found about Procedure 12 doesn't seem to match up necessary with what we learned talking to Esther of @Tutorialhacks. There seem to be some discrepnecies... Esther frequently implied that she was abducted, along with several other people, and frequently beaten, raped, or abused. Also mentioned pills a lot, and were pressured to distribute 'life hacks" online by some outside force.

Still, it bears investigating, right? Maybe these two things are one related game.

There's a simple way to verify, actually.

Based on that latter, we know that "Esther" has been spying on the people of Procedure 12 and got caught. Or at least knows something about it.

I'd suggest someone tweet at @Tutorialhacks with a simple encrypted message asking them about Procedure 12...

We... We don't KNOW we killed Esther yet. But, you're right. Signs ain't looking good. @Tutorialhacks hasn't been posting in a while, and if we DID kill them, the possiblity might exist because we stopped talking to Esther. Or at least, I did. The only thing I can think of that would jeopardize Esther beyond what was already out of our control to affect anyway was the conversations we had. Esther seemed to be being pushed to tweet...

but yeah, it ain't looking good. I have no idea what needs to be done now. What puzzles aren't solved yet, if any?

EDIT: Iiiiincidentally, @tutorialhacks is now tweeting again. But it's not Esther this time... It's someone else. Some poor bloke named Jack. There's a distinct possiblity that if someone dies, they'll be replaced. By whoever's doing all this...
