[TRAILHEAD] Don't Question Him

This twitter account has recently started following me, and it looks like an ARG:

The account seems to have started following people related to ARGs(including Nightmind and Alan Resnick), probably to get the ARG going.

At the moment there is very little information: the person using the twitter account seems to be haunted by something, which is only referred as "Him"(the twitter handle also references this). Just now he said that he "wasn't going to be online today", because of feeling sick, only for a morse code to get posted, saying "SHHHH. HE'S SLEEPING."(probaby posted by Him?)(edit: yup)

It doesn't look like it's part of another ARG, and I didn't see any thread about it.
